Genesis Health Clubs in Merriam, Kansas is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Representative to grow memberships and deliver exceptional experiences to current and prospective members.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services.
• Passion for health & fitness.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process for new memberships
• Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
• Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions
• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
• Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
