Stretch Zone is hiring a Sales Associate in Michigan to drive membership sales, educate guests on practitioner-assisted stretching, and build lasting relationships with members. You’ll meet and exceed sales goals, follow up with leads, and provide exceptional customer service in a positive studio environment.

1–3 years of sales experience preferred; nights and weekends availability encouraged. We provide in-depth training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a wellness-focused team.

Formación

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership sales by educating guests on the benefits and value of Stretch Zone membership.
• Build relationships with prospective and current members and guide them through the membership process.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through strong communication and follow-up.
• Follow up with leads to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and scheduling appointments.
