Stretch Zone is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to turn sales skills into helping people improve mobility and wellness. You’ll educate guests on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching, guide them through memberships, and provide exceptional service in a positive studio environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and goal-oriented with ability to work nights and weekends.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a wellness-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by educating guests on benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Build relationships with prospective and current members and guide them through the membership process.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through strong communication, follow-up, and prospecting.
• Follow up with leads to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing questions.
