Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a frontline sales/customer service associate to promote membership programs and provide excellent member service at the club. You will handle sign-ups, answer questions, and process orders while upholding store policies. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and a positive member experience.

Weekly pay is offered, along with benefits and PTO. This position requires reliable attendance and teamwork to meet performance goals and maintain the club’s Gold standards.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote BJ’s value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the Member experience.
• Convert potential members by pitching membership programs according to policies.
• Sell membership products to new and existing members with energy and determination.
• Deliver superior customer service to Members at first point of contact.
• Assist with BOPIC orders and maintain club policies and procedures.
• Ensure attendance and teamwork to achieve goals.
