Perspire Sauna Studio Williamsburg is seeking a Membership Sales Lead to join our passionate team. You’ll be a key leader in our studio—driving membership growth, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a wellness-centered, inclusive environment.
What You'll Do


  • Lead with Energy: Model our RISE values (Relationships, Integrity, Service, Energy) by creating an uplifting, guest-focused atmosphere.


  • Drive Sales: Connect authentically with guests, promote our sauna, red light, and contrast therapies, and meet/exceed membership conversion goals.


  • Coach the Team: Mentor Membership Associates on best practices, share feedback, and set the tone for professional and personal growth.


  • Manage Operations: Act as Manager on Duty, support team coverage, ensure smooth daily flow, and uphold studio and guest service standards.


  • Deliver Excellence: Help guests feel seen, supported, and excited to return. Handle guest questions or concerns with care and professionalism.



What You Bring


  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record in sales and growing team responsibilities


  • Strong interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, clear, and inspiring


  • Passion for health, fitness, or wellness (personal use of sauna or red light therapy is a big plus!)


  • Natural leadership—you uplift others, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example


  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, on-call support)

Compensation: $22/hour + commission on membership/package sales
Schedule: 40 hours/week across 5 weekly shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements: Must pass a background check; English fluency required (Spanish a plus)
