A leading company seeks motivated associates for a full-time customer service position, specializing in personal insurance for working families. Candidates will receive training and commission-based pay structure. Great work ethic and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commission-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
