Massage Envy Scarsdale is recruiting for sales team members. This is a fantastic site located in Scarsdale with free parking.

You must be a proactive and self-motivated individual capable of generating new leads, reaching, and exceeding sales targets. MEMBERSHIP SALES EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS!

We are hiring energetic and motivated individuals to lead our membership sales process. This location has been operating for 15 years. Note: WE ARE NOT CONVENIENT FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

You must be confident, outgoing, and comfortable whether on the phone, in front of a computer, or face-to-face with prospective members.

You will be a public face of the location, welcoming guests, selling memberships, and signing them up.

We are open 7 days a week, and you will be expected to work 30-40 hours per week, including shifts and weekends.

You will report to the Manager/Owner, with a base hourly salary plus a target-driven bonus.

The hourly rate will increase regularly for individuals with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should be goal-oriented and driven to succeed.

WHO WE ARE

We are the award-winning Massage Envy location and the first in Westchester County, opened in 2010. We provide extensive training and coaching to our staff, including Front Desk staff and Wellness Consultants.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Present Wellness Program to new guests, conduct intake, communicate with therapists and estheticians, and customize wellness presentations.
• Understand and apply the sales process and strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto-renewable, etc.) and product offerings (massage modalities, facials, retail).
• Greet guests and members, check them in/out, answer calls professionally, and book appointments efficiently.
• Uphold Massage Envy’s Service Essentials, maintain facility cleanliness, and manage client files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, with potential increase based on performance.
