We are hiring remotely; work hours are based on EST, CST, MST & PST.
Due to our company's rapid expansion, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. We work with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As demand increases, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
Our service team is selective. We seek qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer all the training needed on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies quickly. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
