ModWash is hiring a Guest Experience Member to run daily operations at a ModWash location, educating customers on membership options and helping them choose the best package. You will work with a team to drive membership sales and ensure an outstanding guest experience to grow the ModWash brand.

• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through ModWash packages and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
