Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written, verbal, and listening – and comfortable having sales conversations with a wide range of people and organizations.
• Must be a positive, proactive, solutions-oriented person who wants to help grow new business and support teammates’ success.
• Solid computer skills including MS Office, CRM/POS software, and other applications, with a strong interest in health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Own the full membership sales cycle, including prospecting, lead response, needs-based conversations, tours, enrollment, and post-enrollment follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through phone calls, walk-ins, referrals, community outreach, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Identify and nurture relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and prospective member groups to grow awareness and membership opportunities.
• Lead informative, personalized facility tours and match prospects with the right membership, personal training, group exercise, and wellness options.
• Consistently meet individual and team membership, promotion, and service goals while maintaining accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity.
