Job summary

Team FX is seeking a Guest Relations Senior Team Lead for the Texas Health Fitness Center in Dallas. You will oversee daily operations, enhance guest experience, and partner with corporate stakeholders to deliver wellness programs for Texas Health employees and the community.

You will lead the Guest Relations team, drive membership growth and retention, manage sales cycles in our CRM, and ensure service excellence across shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, membership sales, fitness operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, schedule, and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency with CRM, lead generation, POS, scheduling, and database systems; Zenoti/ABC preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, sales, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitness-center operations ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.
• Lead and develop Guest Relations teammates; conduct daily huddles and coaching.
• Drive membership sales, tours, enrollment, and retention through effective coaching.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to plan engagement events and improve guest experience.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
