Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our salon in the United States. This full-time role (34-40 hours per week) emphasizes membership sales, retail sales, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Weekends are required, and you will handle bookings in person or by phone while contributing to inventory and general salon operations. We offer opportunities for advancement, a welcoming atmosphere, and benefits such as free lash extensions and discounts on services and retail

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you! This is a full time position 34-40 hours a week. Weekends are required.
