Job summary

DivaDance is seeking a confident, persuasive Membership Sales & Client Experience team member to help change lives through our dance class memberships. You’ll connect with students after classes, learn why they joined, and present membership options that fit their goals while onboarding new members and maximizing their experience.

You’ll host 1–2 evening classes weekly at Oak Park/Downers Grove studios, travel to partner facilities, and post to our social accounts during classes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to engage diverse clients with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Engage with class attendees to understand goals and present membership options.
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership; post to social media during classes.
