DivaDance Company in San Francisco seeks a confident Client Concierge to drive membership sales and enhance the class experience. You will greet clients, conduct needs analysis, and present membership options while onboarding new members and assisting during classes.

Work primarily evenings and weekends at our SF studio, with compensation including $30 per class, $10 per membership sold, and free dance classes. Marketing tasks and social posting are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Ability to build rapport and present memberships clearly.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the face of client experience and drive revenue growth.
• Lead sales operations, book new leads, ensure excellent client experience.
• Onboard new members and maximize membership usage.
• Post to social media during classes and observe the class experience.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure a great client experience.
• Meet or exceed trials sold and lead follow-up goals.
• Be proactive, organized, goal-driven, and embody DivaDance values.
