Job summary

DivaDance is seeking a proactive Membership Sales & Client Experience team member to engage customers during classes, explain membership options, and onboard new members. You’ll build rapport, drive sales, and ensure members maximize their benefits while sharing our energetic, inclusive dance community.

A tablet/iPad is ideal for the role. Ideal candidates have customer service or sales experience and enjoy connecting with people in a fun, movement-based environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer service background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to persuade and articulate product benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Sell DivaDance membership options to clients at classes.
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership benefits.
• Post to social media accounts during classes and engage with participants.
