Job summary

DivaDance is looking for a confident, persuasive on-site host to welcome members, build relationships, and guide newcomers toward the right membership option during your assigned classes. You’ll act as the manager on duty to ensure a high‑quality, enjoyable class experience, capture a class video for the private community, and help grow the studio’s membership base across Logan Square and Avondale.

Reliable transportation between partner studios is required, and you must be eligible to work in

THE GIG

DivaDance helps adults build confidence and community through fun, pop‑music‑inspired dance classes. We’re looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is excited to help us inspire confidence and build community while growing our membership base.

This is a sales‑first role where you’ll also serve as the on‑site representative for DivaDance during your assigned classes. You’ll welcome clients, build relationships, guide prospective members toward the right membership, and help ensure every client leaves feeling celebrated, connected, and excited to come back.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide new clients through membership options and confidently recommend the best fit
• Serve as the manager on duty during class, ensuring a fun, high‑quality client experience
• Capture a class video for clients to remember their experience and post it to our private community page

HOURS, COMPENSATION & LOCATION

We're looking for someone to host 1‑2 classes per week (approximately 1–2 hours/week).

Compensation & Perks

• $20 per class hosted
• $10 commission for every membership or 10 class pack sold
• Free unlimited DivaDance classes

Location
Our classes are currently held at partner studios in Logan Square and Avondale, so reliable transportation between those neighborhoods is required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
