Perspire Sauna Studio Novi is seeking a positive, confident team member for our member services team. No experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, with an opportunity to earn commissions and monthly bonuses based on memberships sold and guest retention.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus bonuses based on memberships sold and guest retention - paid out monthly

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.

Below are oureaxample shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

Monday through Friday: 6:30am-2:30pm or 2:30-9:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm or 1:30pm to 8:30pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission
