Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking energetic individuals to join our member service team in Illinois. You will sell memberships, engage with leads via the CRM, and promote the benefits of IR saunas while guiding guests through tours and bookings.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a positive, outgoing attitude, strong attendance history, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities offered.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
