Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members and make them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Manage towel supply and facility organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
