All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy.

Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.

Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support.

Our hours: open 7 days a week. Shift hours: Mon‑Fri 6:30 a‑9:30 p; Sat/Sun 7:30 a‑8:30 p; mid‑evening shift of 4‑5 hours is being incorporated.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence


• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy


• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a perspire sauna studio membership


• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments


• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome


• Administer studio tours for new guests


• Answer all questions about services and the facility


• Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms


• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
