Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Fort Worth is seeking friendly, confident team members for our member service staff. You will connect with guests, sell memberships on a commission-based model, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Responsibilities include following up on inquiries from Google and Meta, guiding tours, answering questions, scheduling reservations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio. Prior experience in sales or wellness is a plus; training is provided.

• Follow up with established leads from Google and Meta
• Promote infrared saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

• Tuesday 2 PM to 8 PM (close)
• Wednesday 2 PM to 8 PM (close)
• Thursday 2 PM to 8 PM (close)
• Saturday 1 PM to 6 PM (close)
• Sunday 1 PM to 6 PM (close)
