Job summary

Perspire Sendero in Ladera Ranch, CA is seeking a confident Membership Sales Associate to warmly welcome members and drive memberships. You will sell in a commission-based environment, contact leads via CRM, and promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire memberships.

Comprehensive training is provided, with shifts including evenings and weekends. The role offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses, with opportunities for growth to an assistant studio manager and a supportive team culture.

Available Shifts

We offer flexibility to choose your shifts from the following options:

• Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM
