Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a team member who is driven by data and rewards results, champions members' progress, and welcomes every guest with hospitality. The role focuses on guiding guests through sauna experiences and promoting memberships to improve well-being.

You will call 15-25 leads to schedule first visits, set up the guest's sauna experience, welcome each guest by name, and ensure they know how to use all features.

• Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas
• Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Contribute daily to studio sales metrics (membership conversion)
• Assist new guest in finding the right membership for them (sales)

Shift:

• 6-7 hours per shift
• Must be available for a Sunday or a Saturday shift
• Closing shifts start at 2:30-3pm
