• Convert warm leads into first visits
• Personalize the guest's sauna experience
• Welcome each guest by name and with enthusiasm
• Ensure guests know how to use sauna features
• Promote the benefits of Perspire Membership
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms
• Contribute daily to studio metrics

Shift

• Opening shift, 6:30am to 1pm
• 6-8 hours per shift
• Days: TBD, will include a Saturday or a Sunday
