Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Sales and Service Representative (MSR) to welcome and engage members and guests. You will drive membership sales, schedule appointments, and lead tours of the facility, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a clean, functional gym environment.

You will collaborate with a team, leverage a large member network, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to advance in a fast-paced fitness setting.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• The MSR will represent UFC GYM with a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for members and guests.
• Drive potential members to the gym and deliver industry-leading customer service to members and guests.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet monthly appointment goals.
• Ensure 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” during tours.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Provide the highest level of customer service in all interactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.

Responsibilities

• The Membership Sales and Service Representative (MSR) will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits.
• The MSR is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals set forth by the company.
• Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” when touring guests around the gym.
• Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service possible when communicating and interacting with guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
