Job summary

UFC GYM Pittsburgh is seeking a Membership Sales and Service Representative (MSR) to provide a welcoming and entertaining experience for members and guests. You will drive sign-ups, book appointments, and ensure guests receive the Fitness Tour during tours.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean facility, and leveraging our large member network for growth within a fitness-focused workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits.
• Drive potential members into the gym and deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals set forth by the company.
• Present the Fitness Tour to guests during tours of the gym.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Provide the highest level of customer service when communicating and interacting with guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.

Responsibilities

• The Membership Sales and Service Representative (MSR) will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits.
• The MSR is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals set forth by the company.
• Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” when touring guests around the gym.
• Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service possible when communicating and interacting with guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
