Job Description

As a full-time Membership Sales Advisor, you are an Equinox brand ambassador passionate about health and fitness, inspiring others by encouraging their potential. You are the expert on all club amenities, features, and programs, responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to maximize their Equinox experience.

JOB OVERVIEW :

Full-time Membership Sales Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service targets through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals via events. You will work under the General Manager, with support from a Regional Sales Manager and your sales team. You must have knowledge of and participate in all club services, programs, and products. Building rapport and lasting relationships with members and prospects is essential for building a referral base and retaining members.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Sell club memberships and ancillary packages
  • Prospect new business and clients
  • Host events and workshops for lead generation
  • Achieve or exceed sales, renewal, and service goals
  • Conduct pre-planning activities including outreach and referrals
  • Build rapport with members and prospects
  • Participate in all club services, programs, and products

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, personable, and friendly
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Team-oriented
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to work 40+ hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for the last 4 days of each month
  • Pay: $17/hour with potential total compensation of $80,000-$100,000 including bonuses and commissions
