Job Description
As a full-time Membership Sales Advisor, you are an Equinox brand ambassador passionate about health and fitness, inspiring others by encouraging their potential. You are the expert on all club amenities, features, and programs, responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to maximize their Equinox experience.
JOB OVERVIEW :
Full-time Membership Sales Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service targets through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals via events. You will work under the General Manager, with support from a Regional Sales Manager and your sales team. You must have knowledge of and participate in all club services, programs, and products. Building rapport and lasting relationships with members and prospects is essential for building a referral base and retaining members.
