Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Advisor to engage prospective members at Windy Hill Athletic Club in Atlanta and guide them through onboarding. You’ll drive consultative membership sales, nurture relationships, and represent the club at local events.
The role emphasizes collaboration, cross-training across fitness, racquet sports, and spa offerings, with a compensation structure based on commission and bonus, plus strong benefits for full-time associates.

You’ll be joining a team that takes “collaboration” to another level. We work together to support all aspects of the new member experience and we don’t hesitate to step outside our comfort zones to help one another be successful. This is a unique learning opportunity for you to become familiar with multiple areas of the business, including fitness, racquet sports, and spa. As part of the Sales team, you’ll work directly with our incredible fellow Associates and see the impact of your work firsthand.
