Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking Member Sales Advisors who are passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and helping others. In this role, you will initiate memberships and build lasting relationships with current and prospective members.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing others' lives. This position offers a generous commission structure and various associate benefits, including health insurance for eligible full-time employees.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Initiating and selling memberships in a consultative manner
• Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals
• Promoting and attending club social events
• Serving as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members
• Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members

Compensation

The membership sales team is compensated based on a generous commission and bonus structure. Transferrable skills and education will also be considered.
