Job summary

Hawkins Service Company is seeking a full-time Membership Coordinator to manage the life cycle of residential service memberships in the Tampa Bay Area. You will enroll new members, activate accounts, and coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

You will also handle recurring billing, monitor payments, and lead outreach to retain members while providing excellent customer service to both residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service, administrative, or office support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM or field service software.

Responsibilities

• Membership Management & Onboarding: create new memberships and enter customer/equipment details into the CRM.
• Scheduling & Coordination: set maintenance visit schedules and coordinate with dispatch and field technicians.
• Billing & Payments: generate recurring billing and track/ recover failed payments.
• Retention & Recovery: contact clients with expiring memberships and handle cancellation requests.
• Customer Service: serve as primary point of contact for members and resolve inquiries.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting: maintain membership database and run growth/engagement reports.
• Sales Support: assist sales team with service agreement executions during follow-ups.
