Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education in business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Six months Service Unit experience preferred or minimum 1 year in quality assurance or related work experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform random quality checks of Service Unit production to ensure information sent to members is correct.
• Meet turnaround times to help individuals, departments, and the company achieve goals.
• Lead or participate in meetings related to QA goals and coaching actions.
• Enter employee accuracy data into the Service Unit Accuracy database for performance evaluations.
• Provide feedback to supervision on error types and suggest coaching or process improvements.
