Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Topeka, KS. The role focuses on random quality checks of Service Unit production and collaboration with the Membership team to ensure accurate member communications and timely coaching.

You will analyze policies, participate in meetings, and support process improvements with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. This full-time position offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft programs and Membership Application preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance or related work preferred.
• Knowledge of membership policies and procedures helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform random quality checks of Service Unit production to ensure information sent to members is correct.
• Meet turnaround times to help achieve department and corporate goals.
• Participate in meetings and events related to quality assurance goals.
• Perform daily quality checks and report accuracy and completion of tasks.
• Provide feedback to supervision and suggest coaching or procedural improvements.
• Enter accuracy data into the Service Unit Accuracy database for reporting.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain consistency and share improvement ideas.
