Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to perform QA for Service Unit production and coordinate with membership quality teams. You will deliver feedback to representatives and leadership staff for coaching actions and assist in evaluating policies and procedures.

You will communicate to others, help improve processes, and support problem-solving across departments while ensuring compliance and accuracy in member communications.

Qualifications

• Must have basic QA knowledge or experience.
• Familiarity with data reporting and analysis desired.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform random quality checks of Service Unit production to ensure information sent to members is correct.
• Meet turnaround times to help staff achieve goals and identify errors early.
• Lead or participate in meetings on QA goals for the company, department and unit.
• Perform daily quality checks and report accuracy of tasks.
