Job summary

Funders Together to End Homelessness seeks a Director of Membership and Programs to lead the membership strategy, engagement, and programming development for the organization. The role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and focuses on connecting with members to advance housing and racial justice.

The position will shape programming, including webinars, funder calls, convenings/events, and other relationship-building activities, with a commitment to mutual benefit and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading membership strategies and programs for nonprofit organizations.
• Strong relationship-building with funders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership strategy, recruitment, retention and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement programming strategy, including webinars and events.
• Serve as primary contact for members and advocate for their interests.
• Coordinate cross-team work to advance housing and racial justice goals.
