The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Membership Coordinator in New York, NY. The role focuses on delivering a quality member experience across the Membership department, overseeing daily audits, registrations, and inquiries while supporting leadership in staffing and administrative processes.

Responsibilities include processing renewals, scheduling, payroll/e-time support, and reconciliation of payments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in a fast-paced administrative setting.
• Three (3) years of experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be available weekday afternoons/evenings and some weekends.

Aufgaben

• Audit the daily transactions at the branch including registrations, cancellations, and holds.
• Run and review credit card and bank reports; issue renewal notices for monthly and annual memberships.
• Handle in-person inquiries, calls, and emails from members; assist with ADP e-Time reviews.
• Prepare for staff meetings and staff schedules; assist with hiring and training.
• Download utilization reports, reconcile payments, and manage aging/cancelled memberships.
• Schedule rentals and process payments; maintain membership records and table files.
