Job summary

The University of Denver seeks a Membership & Operations Manager to lead RecTrac-based membership programs and campus operations at the Kennedy Mountain Campus and Ritchie Center. You will supervise membership sales/renewals, ensure system integrity, and drive exceptional customer experiences across facilities and services.

Responsibilities include data-driven process improvements, financial reporting support, and coordinating parking and access systems while maintaining strong internal controls

Qualifications

• One year of experience in accounting, finance, business administration, and/or computing systems, or equivalent.
• Masters Degree preferred; additional years of experience considered.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead department-wide systems and technology, ensuring data integrity and optimal configuration.
• Oversee membership and locker rental transactions with focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, and reporting to inform decisions.
• Monitor compliance, internal controls, and risk management practices.
• Operate and optimize RecTrac and other platforms to support daily activities and engagement.
