Job summary

The University of Denver is seeking a Program Manager for University Alumni Engagement to provide cross-functional operational, logistical, and administrative support for DU’s alumni programs. You will assist an executive team and multiple program directors, coordinating signature events, travel and insurance programs, and regional engagement initiatives.

The role emphasizes logistics, data tracking, vendor management, and student supervision, with a focus on continuity and high-quality program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with applicable work experience.
• 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years directly related.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit environment preferred.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or advising volunteers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional operational support for the University Alumni Engagement team.
• Coordinate logistics for events including Homecoming, reunions, and regional programs.
• Support alumni travel and insurance programs, including data tracking and vendor liaison.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and mentor student staff; manage schedules and payroll.
