Job summary

The Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a Membership Operations Specialist to manage SFPE’s database-centered operations and build strong member relationships. The role centers on CRM (MemberSuite) support and data integrity.

You will handle member renewals, reporting, and collaborate with staff to improve processes while working a hybrid schedule and traveling to events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of database experience, membership relations or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 is required.
• Experience with CRM/AMS databases and data reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for SFPE and staff to our CRM provider, MemberSuite.
• Identify and resolve database issues and develop solutions with MemberSuite support.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and telephone for membership needs.
• Oversee renewal invoicing processes and create database reports for financial review.
• Collaborate to improve database-related financial processes and data integrity.
