Nonprofit Connect is seeking a Membership & Marketing Coordinator to manage membership and marketing activities, including branding, social media content, email campaigns, and PR tasks. You will be first point of contact for members and prospects, driving engagement and exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves implementing a 12-month marketing plan, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational goals.

• Experience with membership recruitment, retention and communications.
• Ability to analyze data to drive outreach and engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communications for diverse audiences.

• Respond to inquiries from members via email and phone.
• Assist with recruitment and retention, onboarding, and regular communications.
• Monitor membership database and use analytics to inform outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
• Support engagement initiatives and strategic plan milestones.
• Develop and distribute member communications and updates.
• Assist with membership platform and events promotion.
