Job summary

EXOS is seeking a dynamic Member Services Manager to lead the membership services team and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. You will manage daily operations, oversee sales strategies, and build meaningful relationships with prospective and current members.

You will recruit, hire, and train membership sales staff, collaborate with the fitness team for smooth onboarding, and report performance to leadership while driving engagement and retention across the club.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fitness, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales or membership experience with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email/internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lead tracking systems and develop sales strategies for outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins; schedule and conduct facility tours.
• Recruit, hire, and train membership sales staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure onboarding for new members.
• Report membership sales performance to the General Manager and Regional Director.
• Develop and execute corporate and group membership sales strategies.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
