Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Substitute Front Desk Associate in New York to deliver exceptional member service at the fitness center. You will manage enrollment, front desk operations, and assist with payroll coordination while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google applications and Microsoft Office. You will also help manage inventory and support monthly membership audits, responding professionally to member feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma obtained.
• Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach.
• Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome gym members and assist with enrollment and front desk operations.
• Consistently provide high-quality member service with a positive attitude.
• Coordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payroll.
• Assist and maintain accurate tracking of locker and towel service program and inventory items.
• Assist with accurate fitness center membership reports and complete monthly membership audits.
• Respond to member concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Help keep fitness centers stocked and clean.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
