EXOS is seeking a Member Services Representative in California to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with the community, and promote club services to attract and retain members.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Office-based position with opportunities to provide personalized tours for prospective members and contribute to growth and retention.

Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
