StretchLab Franchise in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Membership Manager to elevate customer experience and drive growth. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building relationships and coaching a team.

The Membership Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent member engagement, and lead marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys sales, and ideally has experience in fitness or wellness.

Offering competitive pay of $18–$20/hour along with commissions and a lively team atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Drive membership sales through consultative conversations and relationship building
• Lead the front-end member experience and ensure exceptional hospitality
• Support day-to-day studio operations and team accountability
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and current members through calls, texts, and email
• Help execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Monitor studio performance metrics and work toward growth goals
• Collaborate with leadership to build a positive, high-performing culture

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred, especially in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
