Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Annapolis is seeking a Membership Manager to lead the member experience, conduct tours, and drive consistent membership enrollment. You’ll convert prospects, ensure onboarding success, and support day-to-day club operations as part of a fast-paced team.

You’ll build strong relationships, follow up to keep members engaged, and track leads in the CRM. The role requires at least a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification (or willingness), and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills.
• Organized and customer-focused with a friendly presence.
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM/sales tracking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
