Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Arlington, VA is seeking a Membership Manager to lead the member experience, drive enrollment, and support day-to-day club operations. You will guide tours, convert prospects, and ensure onboarding is smooth to deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience.

You’ll build relationships, manage CRM, and contribute to marketing efforts while maintaining high service standards. The role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification or willingness, and 2+ years of sales or membership

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills
• Organized, punctual, and customer-focused with a friendly, professional presence
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM)
