Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Membership Maintenance Specialist in Marlborough, MA. You will process member requests, assist staff and members with questions, and support the Membership Maintenance team in achieving KPIs and service levels.

You will cross-train on Deposit Services processes to help meet department goals and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering professional service across channels.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience, financial institutions preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Membership Maintenance requests and assist members/front-line staff with questions.
• Meet or exceed service level and performance goals.
• Provide phone coverage for Information Center, branches, and departments.
