AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California's Overland Park branch is seeking a customer-focused Insurance and Membership Services Associate. You will support agents and staff, assist members with memberships and insurance inquiries, and help process payments and policy changes.

Responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, developing insurance leads, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring accurate documentation within underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry; MS Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required; license valid in selling state within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; assist with memberships and insurance information.
• Sell memberships and assist in selling insurance; process policy changes and billing.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Handle complex transactions, resolve problems, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain positive relations with staff and management.
