AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California is recruiting for an entry-level Membership Specialist in our branch network. You will serve members with insurance and membership services, while working in a team-oriented environment and interfacing with members to support cross-selling goals.

Training is provided, with opportunities for skill-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and internal promotion. Comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and retirement plans, are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services support to AAA members.
• Interface with members by phone and in-branch to meet cross-selling goals.
• Deliver exceptional service for policies, billing, and other member services.
• Develop leads for agents and life specialists.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
