Job summary

Laguna Development Corp. seeks a Players Club Representative to be the primary contact for Players Club members and gift shop guests, delivering outstanding service while promoting loyalty and supporting retail operations.

You will enroll new members, create accounts, scan identifications, take photos, print and reprint cards, and educate guests on benefits, promotions, rewards and card usage. The role also supports gift shop transactions and merchandising within a casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Kronos, Paramount and OASIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new Players Club members and create accounts.
• Scan IDs, take photos, print and reprint membership cards.
• Educate guests on club benefits, promotions, rewards and card usage.
• Promote marketing initiatives and assist with events.
• Process merchandise transactions via the POS system; balance cash drawers.
• Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized displays and work areas.
• Adhere to policies, gaming regulations and confidentiality.
