The Players Club Representative serves as the primary point of contact for Players Club members and gift shop guests, delivering exceptional customer service while promoting player loyalty and supporting retail operations. This role is responsible for enrolling new members into the Connections Club Card program, creating accounts, scanning identification, taking photos, printing and reprinting membership cards, and educating guests on club benefits, promotions, rewards, and card usage. Representatives actively engage guests throughout the casino, including identifying and enrolling prospective players, promoting current and upcoming marketing initiatives, and assisting with promotional events, guest check-ins, prize distributions, and other casino activities. The position also supports gift shop operations by processing merchandise transactions through the point-of-sale system, verifying identification when required, balancing cash drawers, assisting customers with product selection, restocking merchandise, and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays and work areas. Employees are expected to maintain a thorough understanding of casino games, promotions, marketing programs, and property amenities while adhering to LDC Core Values, company policies, gaming regulations, and confidentiality requirements.

In addition to providing outstanding guest service, the Players Club Representative must work collaboratively with team members, maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude, and perform additional duties as assigned. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with experience using office equipment and systems such as Kronos, Paramount, and OASIS. The role is physically demanding and requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, crouching, reaching, twisting, speaking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive hand movements, as well as regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and transferring merchandise and materials weighing up to and exceeding 50 pounds. Strong reading, writing, data interpretation, planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also necessary. The position has no supervisory responsibilities and is performed indoors in a casino environment with exposure to cigarette smoke. Employees must obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Pueblo of Laguna Gaming Control Board, maintain Title 31 Certification in compliance with the Federal Bank Secrecy Act, pass a pre-employment drug screening, report to work consistently and on time, and serve as a positive role model for both guests and fellow employees.
